Course Overview

Scania College’s Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management program has been designed to allow students the ability to gain real life experience whilst completing their studies within the Senior Management Industry.

Entry Requirements

Candidates seeking to enrol into this course must be 18yrs or older, have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training Package, or have two years full-time work experience, have a USI or apply for one, and have access to a computer and internet for the online learning and assessment activities submission.

Course Duration

The duration of the course is 52 Weeks.

Delivery Mode

This course is delivered within a blended delivery mode, consisting of face-to-face classroom sessions + structured online learning + work-placement (where possible).

Course Packaging

To achieve this qualification, you are required to successfully complete 10 units of competency, 5 Core + 5 Electives.
