SITHFAB025 – PREPARE AND SERVE ESPRESSO COFFEE

Course Overview

Scania College’s Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee short course has been designed to equip students with, skill and knowledge required to extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using commercial espresso machines and grinders.

Entry Requirements
Candidates seeking to enrol into this course must be 18yrs or older, have a USI or apply for one, and have access to a computer and internet for the online learning and assessment activities submission.
Course Duration

This course is delivered in 1-2 classes.

Delivery Mode

This course is delivered within a blended delivery mode, consisting of face-to-face classroom sessions + structured online learning + work-placement (where possible).

Course Packaging

To achieve this qualification, you are required to successfully complete “SITHFAB025 – Prepare and serve espresso coffee” unit of competency.

Education Pathway

After successful completion of the this Short Course, students can choose hospitality or tourism programs i.e. SIT30722 – Certificate III in Hospitality, SIT30122 – Certificate III in Tourism or SIT30921 – Certificate III in Catering.
